During your first session, complimentary and personalized, we explore your movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and core stability. From there, I create a customized plan to help you improve mobility, release tension, support injury recovery, and enhance overall wellness.

Together, we build a consistent, supportive practice that strengthens your body, enhances core stability, boosts energy, and nurtures mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Special Needs & Adaptive Yoga

Gentle, supported movement for clients with limited mobility, chronic pain, or other challenges. Chair Yoga is available. Every session is guided with care, respect, and a focus on comfort and confidence.
