Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • Payment & Booking: To secure your training block, full payment is processed online before we book your sessions and send your video links.
  • Package Expiration:
    • 4-session packages: Expire 31 days after your first official session.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, or the virtual session will be counted.
  • Single Session Flexibility: If a recurring weekly schedule doesn't fit your calendar, single sessions are always available to help keep things flexible.
