About Sheyda Ghasemiyeh
As the founder of Shey Yoga & Wellness, my mission is simple: to make mindful movement accessible, sustainable, and deeply personalized for everybody.
With a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, I look at human biomechanics through a unique lens. I treat the body like a beautiful structure, applying an analytical approach to posture, alignment, and balance. After completing my RYT-200 training in Mysore, India, I dedicated my practice to helping people understand their own bodies, ease daily tension, and move with confidence.
